You have every right to return the product you have ordered because you changed your mind. The costs of returning the product to our headquarters are borne exclusively by you. If the product we delivered to you is defective or incorrect, in addition to the right to change, you can ask us for your money back.
In the event that a product you received is defective in its manufacture, then lamp-shop.gr will replace or repair it at its discretion and in accordance with the warranty terms.
In order to have the right to change a product, the following conditions must be met in full:
• You inform us immediately in case you wish to change either by email or by phone.
• Communication with us must not exceed 10 working days from the date of delivery.
• The product you wish to return must be in exactly the same condition as the one we delivered it to you without signs of wear or use.
• The product must have all the labels and accompanying tags of the manufacturer that it had with the purchase of the product, as well as the packaging that accompanies it.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to not accept your return request.
In the event that the customer changes his mind at the time of delivery and does not wish to receive the order, you will be responsible for the entire shipping costs.
The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that he has received the package. On the contrary, he must receive the package and the test will be carried out later. In the event that the product does not suit you for any reason, you must inform us by phone or email and then an agreement is made with the postal company to determine the address and time of receipt of the package for return, and the charge will be made depending on the circumstances.
