7. Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement – Warranty – Repair
The customer has the right to return the products he received or request their replacement if:

(b) If the product is defective from the beginning or a defect arises during the warranty period.
The Customer may return the products he has purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, within fourteen (14) days of their receipt (in accordance with distance contracts under Law 2251/1994, as amended by J.Y.A. Z1-891/2013). The Customer may send the products at his own expense to the Store. In any case, the Customer may, before returning the products, either contact the Store by telephone or by sending an e-mail. In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:
(a) Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery or receipt (when the Customer has selected “pick-up from the store”) and in the case of several goods ordered by the Customer with one order and delivered separately from the time of receipt and the last, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sale (hereinafter “Withdrawal”).
(b) This withdrawal is unfounded and the Customer must return the product in exactly the same excellent condition as received. In particular, the returned product must be unused, in excellent condition (“as new”), exactly as before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.) which must not have any tears or damage/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instructions for use, characteristics and guarantees, connection cables, installation software, etc.). In addition, in order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document.
(c) The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged to the Store for sending the product to him and the shipping costs for its return.
(d) The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or by email and the Store is obliged to confirm in writing or by email the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal upon receipt thereof.
(e) The Customer is obliged to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he notified the withdrawal to the physical store of the Store.
(f) Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Store is obliged to refund to the Customer the price it received. In the case of charging the Customer via credit card, the Store, if it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will proceed with any prescribed action. The Store, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer. In the event that the Customer had chosen the option of “pick-up from the store”, the refund to him will be made from the physical store of the Store.
(g) The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than fourteen (14) working days from the time the Store received proven knowledge of his withdrawal.
(h) The Customer is liable to compensate the Store if he made use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal, and the Store is entitled to agree with the Customer on his compensation even by mutual offsetting.
(i) Each returned product must first undergo a technical inspection, a process that may take a reasonable amount of time.
8. Product Warranty – Repair

The time for completion of the repair of the products is decided exclusively by the Store.
The repair or replacement of the product is at the absolute discretion of the Store. The spare parts or products that were replaced are included in its ownership.
This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the devices and damages caused by the buyer (e.g. batteries, power supplies, cases, storage media (magnetic and optical media such as CDs, DVDs, hard drives) accident with water or other liquid, impacts to the device, falling, connection cables, antennas, tearing/tearing/staining of fabrics that were not received in this way, etc.).
Problems arising from the operating system of your computers are not covered by this warranty.
The Store does not support and does not cover with warranty products in which illegal copies of programs have been installed or used.
The Customer must check the condition of the products and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of their order, in order to identify any obvious defects, e.g. broken goods, wrong item, missing components, and inform us immediately and no later than 24 hours.
The warranty automatically ceases to apply in the following cases:
When the product is tampered with by a person not authorized by the Store.
